    I had purchased protection on a Insignia headphone, which had one ear pad torn in a weeks use. so went to a nearby store, they offered me a different model for the price of 25$ extra , because this s model was out of stock but I checked it was available online. I wanted a replacement but had to return it because the staff declined to ship the product from online Whole experience is bad

      Hi Cindy – If the same item was available for order, the store should have offered to place the order for you. I apologize if they didn’t. If you head back into the store within 15 days, you should be able to return the headphones you ended up with and place an order for a different item under our Return & Exchange Promise.

    Have never used it. It doesnt cover anything that actually happens. I dont even know when i purchased it, or if it is still active. Useless...biggest waste of $199 i ever spent

    Geek Squard botched my radio install, out $250

    Geek Squard installed a radio in my car with the wrong wire harness and cost me $250 for a shop visit and new battery. Radio was installed on December 27 , 2017 and I am still waiting to be compensated for the error. Management has been unhelpful to downright rude. One manager named Robert hung up on me for telling him I was reporting it to corporate. Do NOT LET GEEK SQUAD INSTALL YOUR RADIO. The managers I spoke to were JUAN, WESLEY, and ROBERT. Robert acted like it was my fault and was very rude. This is the store located at 5019 S Cleveland Ave, Ft Myers FL. I have been going to this store forever and never been treated like this. And so over $250. Not I am having to jump through hoops to get the money back. You just lost a customer... Not like you care.
