    Never used it so I’m not sure how it is but I have had issues with geek squad on other products so there’s that

    Good for runners but the buds start to slip out of your ears if you sweat too much. This generally happens at the height of my workout and I found it to be annoying.

    If what you bought breaks they have to mail it out. I was without my truck radio for almost 2 months when I had to send it out

    This is only good for one replacement. When you do it, if you want continued coverage even if you're still under the original 2 years, you have to pay for a new plan.

    Before I walked out the sales associate informed me that it covers anything That happens. What do you know I dropped them and they got damaged while working out of town. So I took them to the local store and the manager/geek squad said it wasn’t covered......I really not liking this store(bestbuy) anymore

    The headphones were not compatible with Android devices. When I went in to the BBY store to return the product, I was said to contact apple as they are responsible for the product and there is nothing that BBY can do although I was still within warranty period.

    After awhile you start to have issues with it connecting to your phone the light keeps blinking blue and red. Other than that it’s a good device.

    I haven't used it yet. I'll have to see if it lives up to what they say they will do in case something happens to my UE. Fingers cross nothing does.

    I was offered this replacement plan at time of purchase. This was the only plan offered. When the headphones I purchased got damaged Best Buy refused to honor the replacement the agreement. As far as I'm concern they were acting in bad faith and I haven't been back since. I'll be steering my purchases toward Amazon. May be canceling my credit card soon.

    Bad help spends Hr's on phone for callbacks and then the help can not fix it and you have to wait for the 2Nd callback for a TEC. and he makes it worse and you have to pay for a good TEC. or get a new computer do not get Geek Squad service for computers not worth the money or time on the phone.
