    bad on replacing anything i brought

    i brought a laptop which they couldnt replace and my headphones the Sol republic they could not replace i had to settle for something different each time and so i stop buying the warrantee from bestbuy but i will continue to buy items when i need to or want too

    Item was purchased was not available, even though in stock for store to ship. Bought GEEK warranty and then the item was no longer in stock, and viola that was refunded, but they will not refund the warranty on an item I never got, and made me file a dispute with Citicard to get this reconciled.

    This is the second BOSE 2 in ear wireless buds I have purchased. The first one started only lasting about an hour per charge after only 7 months. This second one now started off good but after 6 months it only lasts you guessed it one hour. How does Beats last so much longer than Bose?

    Structure for support has declined over past few years, had issue with new laptop. I work from home so I needed support asap. Was told by manager at geek squad in Brandon that I would have to ship it to manufacturer for a minimum of 2 weeks,

      Hey Brit – Ideally you’ll never have to use your Geek Squad Protection Product Replacement Plan and your products will keep on working. It’s always good to have the peace of mind that should something stop working you can come on in to a Best Buy store and get your product replaced, though. We’ll be here waiting should you need us.

    Couldn't get through an hour work out, battery died about 35 to 40 min in.

    Geek Squad is useless. It is really a waste of money.. You have to send anything that you take in out and if its a computer they charge you $100.00 dollars to backup the information on it. And they do everything in there power to convince you.

    DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY Online best buy will not honor store-bought purchases if they go bad.

    My wife was led to believe that paying $10 would get her replacement earbuds if she lost them. Nope. $50 plus $10 down the drain. With wireless earbuds, the most likely problem is loss, so save your $10 and don't buy the "warranty".

    I would not recommend 2 year protection plans especially on TVs because my plan was up and best buy did not allow me to renew my protection plan and guess what a week later my television stop working so i had to pay best buy $400 to fix my tv. 3yr 5yr plans are better.

    Greek squad is alright for the most part just depends who you get at the store some of them are not good at there jo. And need training.

    I bought these expensive ear piece to be disappointed in the product. Return 101 for me...the battery died quickly but charges quickly in the charging case. Kinda uncomfortable in your ear the for bulky size they have. Anyways, good luck for the people who do like them...
