    I haven’t had to use this yetApparently this is where Best Buy makes all his money. I guess you just have to consider if it’s worth it. Like how long do you expect to have this piece of merchandise you just bought and is it a quickly depreciating item

    I purchase this service in the past and was disappointed when I need to leverage the geek squad. I did not mean to purchase again. Better off just requesting tech help when you need it.

    I would have appreciated A clear Understanding of exactly what is covered and not. Example; accidental, water, Picture quality etc.... ended up be a waste of money, when the TV sound would play but not the picture

    If you use warranty, you have to purchase another warranty...even if you just bought it. Ugh Ended up going through manufacturer for the 3rd unit!

    I purchased a product that was about $200 so yes, of course, I wanted a warranty. What I didn't know is that the Skullcandy company already offers a 2-year warranty. I basically ended up making an unnecessary purchase. :(

    I had a problem with my new headphones after 20 days of so I went to the store to figure out what was going on with it, and I had to pay again for two years' security. Really annoying.

    When I got the protection plan on my wireless earbuds I was told it would cover less or theft if I played a deductible. Turns out that was incorrect and now I wasted my money on a useless protection plan.

      I hate to hear that you had been given some incorrect information when you had purchased your new headphones. I know I appreciate accurate information when making purchases. If you are no longer needing this Geek Squad Protection plan, you should be able to have it refunded at any of your local stores, and I would visit their teams to have this completed!

    I buy my product and later come back to get the warranty, the associate ask me for the product in order to sale the service. This was the first time that happen and also when I buy the product they did advice me if I come later.

    speaker broke and best buy would not replace. the plan covers breakage accident but they just said they would not replace the speaker

    We did have the two-year protection plan however it didn't really come in handy it seems the replacement program now isn't really that user-friendly doesn't really protect the customer it's a waste of money

    They didn't show up for my service appointment July 2020. Didn't even bother to call that day. IF YOU ARE NOT SPENDING MORE THAN 200.00 DON'T BOTHER GETTING IT.

    I got this with my jawbone, and when I called them, they had no idea what I was talking about, transferred me twice, then told me I'd need to go to the store and get it figured out. Not remotely helpful.

    not worth the money, the only time went to use it I was told NO. I paid for two years of coverage for a product that lasted for two months. A waist of money.

    I broke my headphones and they be said that I need my broken headphones to get new ones after I throw them one. They shouldn't need them to get a new pair. Not getting this after what happened.

    The protection for Bose headphone ear pads is a one time replacement. So be careful if it’s worth it. It’s not a plan.

    Due to the Corona virus. The customer service is limited and you have to drive-thru by car and wait while they inspect your item. Very long process.
