    I went to best buy to get something I bought replaced because it stopped working, they told me that it was a one time replacement.

    This replacement was not warranted because i got the produce on sell and they said they couldn't replace it ay the same price

    Every time I need to replace they never have the item making spend more money after I paid for a plan that they can't honor

    Since they don't sell plans for these anymore I basically wasted my money on this as they cannot do anything at all with them anymore. No replacement no nothing!!

    The concept is awesome but the battery wouldn't stay charged more than 30 minutes, 45 minutes tops...terrible for someone who runs long distance.

    Paid $5 for warranty on $20 headphones and when they crapped out they replaced them and charged me another $5 for a warranty on those as well.

    Not a fan of the 2 year warranty program. My headphones were a lemon and the cable broke. They did not cover the damage. Then what do you cover?!!!
