    Geek Squad worked on the 1st at the store and gave me a replacement and it worked for 2 day going back for another one soon.

    For product costing $89 and charging $39 for a warranty which is half the price is ridiculous

    I purchased these LG Bluetooth in December 2017, the right side stopped working in March. Can't hear anything.

      With mass-produced items, things of this nature may arise. However, if a Geek Squad Protection Plan was purchased you are welcome to visit your local Best Buy and have the headphones replaced. If not, they do carry a 1-year limited warranty with LG. You can reach out to them directly and they will walk you through the process of having them repaired or replaced.

    This is not loud enough when volume is turned all the way up, lacks bass, my Yurbuds from Ross sounded better & it was only $8.99

    I returned these earbuds. I was not happy with the sound quality.I bought on sale ,but found other that I liked better

    The kids luv their headphones (so does Mom & Dad)....allows them to hang with us while we are watching TV....
