I've had these since May 2020, and they still sound great! Light on the head and great noise cancelling. Great for students trying to study in a noisy room. Sometimes I don't even listen to music, I just wear them to keep the world at bay. Sadly, the leather on one side is finally coming unstitched and I only purchased a 2-yr warranty so it's long expired. Sigh. If only the quality had been slightly lower so I could have taken advantage of Geek Squad's fantastic service. Time to save up for them again.

Haven't had a need to use them in awhile, but every time I did, they were great. Definitely worth the cost!

I’ve been fortunate enough that I’ve never had to use the service plans I purchase at bestbuy. I think they are worth it though.

The price was perfect and I connected to all my bluetooth devices in a couple of seconds. The test was walking on a busy noisy road and listening to music. Even though these aren't noise cancelling they blocked the road noise well enough. The headset is light, not gripping my skull and overall these are great headphones. When I speak on the phone the person on the other end says my voice is very clear. Pleased as punch!

The products sold by Best Buy are generally tested and tried. Having said that, it is wise to purchase the extended warranty plan that they provide which in my case, has resulted in the replacement of products that can easily be damaged for a variety of reasons. If the cost of the plan is marginally offset, there is no reason to not purchase this insurance. I have taken advantage of this several times over the past 4 years, and i have always been satisfied. Worth the extra money in the long run, in my opinion.

I am usually very skeptical when buying warranties on products. Sometimes the price of the warranty is too high compared with the price of the product. I have not found that to be the case with Best Buy. I haven't had any trouble returning any products under warranty. Exchanges are simple are the customer service desk. They look it up undervyour phone number and give you store credit. You go get your replacement product, pay for it, and off you go! Simple process and money well spent!

Had purchased for my earbuds which I'm thankful for as one had gone to crap just before the 2 years was up. They didn't carry them in stock anymore but credited me for the purchase price and i was able to find a replacement pair.

Geek Squad has always been so helpful with all of my Best Buy purchases.

This plan is a good investment for electronics. It covers mechanical issues and normal wear and tear after the manufacturer warranty ends. It also offers easy replacement or reimbursement if the product stops working. It is valid for two years and can be transferred. It gives me peace of mind.

Awesome product, headphones felt amazing and when I had issues with headphones geek squad did an amazing job and were fast and knowledgeable!

Geek squad service is recommended. You can schedule appointments ahead of time with them to save time and so they know what your product is. If the product cannot be repaired they give you other options.

This has helped me so many times, especially when tech changes and is no longer supported. A good Best Buy Customer Service employee has helped me turn my tech into gift cards so I can replace my stuff under this plan. Be aware this plan is different than the 2-year Protection Plan.

Love geek squad. Every time I have an issue with an item, I can bring it to the store to get help right away. Usually for my headphones, they will give me store credit for another item if they cannot fix it.

The protection plan came in really useful. I had to utilize it twice, I would definitely suggest anytime you buy something over 50.00 that you should definitely take advantage of a protection plan.
