    If you are buying a TV, the Geek Squad service is the best, They mounted the TV & had everything installed & showed me how to work everything before they left!

    Geek Squad agents are truly experts in computer diagnosis and repair. We have had several computers repaired by them over the last several years, and they always diagnose and fix the computer correctly the first time! We have recommended them to many friends!

    My tv broke down and I went to bestbuy to buy another tv, but then they checked my account and found that I had the geek squad guarantee active and they replaced my tv for free, that was great, thanks geek squad.

    For an expensive item this is a must have. We got the protection for our washer and for the TV. In today's world of computers and technology, anything can fail. It WILL be expensive to fix.
