I am glad to be reassured if anything happens to my device

They came through with their words in replacing my 40" Vizio TV after it suddenly stopped working. I'm glad I got the extended warranty to cover my TV. It's highly recommended to have Geek squad cover your prducts and for a reasonable price too.

Are you really going to consider not getting the protection plan? Geek Squad is great and this plan gives the peace of mind of knowing that your purchase is protected outside of the flimsy manufacturer warranty that requires so much hoop jumping to get validated! Come on, for the price, it is a foolish thing to not purchase it.

Ive had geek squad service a large tv, and service was quick no hassle , quickly fixed the issue with tv. The claim process was easy, overall would recommend.

I mean its pretty much the best plan you can get with any purchase. Has come in handy plenty of times when life's accidents get in the way.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all accessories extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable highly recommend them!

Have always used Geek Squad and i have never had anything but a great experience with them

The tv we bought did not work at all after trying for hours. We called Geek Squad and they came out the next week and are ordering a part for the TV and will come back to install it. The guys were fast and very friendly.

I have had two large tvs break and been fortunate enough to have the geek squad protection. In one case the tv could not be fixed so I got what I spent for a new tv. In the other case they were able to fix it. I would give it 5 stars except that in both cases it took over a month to get the service. That is way too long.

Haven’t had to use it yet but have had geek Squad service several times in the past year and frankly, where I am, they’ve been so good that I always try to purchase through Best Buy.

I would definitely recommend on all purchases!! If you have a problem it is easy to fix!

Geek Squad is a must for big purchases at Best Buy. They are very knowledgeable and I love that I can go to the store and resolve everything at once. Whether they need to fix something or get a replacement. It’s a must have product.

Worth the Warranty! I invest in purchasing warranties just to have the ease of not worrying should anything happen to any of my products

Other companies may have white glove service but I had Royal service. Extra protection price reasonable for 2yr.

Always A must have with your Electronics purchase Best Buy has the Best GEEK SQUAD Technicians around if u ever have any troubles make sure u buy the 5 Yr proection a must have that way anything goes wrong your covered.

This service provides a great amount of peace of mind on purchasing something reasonably expensive for me such as a TV or gaming console. Because of this warranty I have been able to have defective equipment be repaired or replaced by a working one without much of a hassle or tedious paperwork.

Love being the open box items which saves me money. Therefore I use some of that savings to purchase the extended warrantees. Never had to use one yet, But as long as I do not have to spend my own money, I believe it is well worth it.

Happy to report that I have not utilized their servicess yet. All my purchases have continued to function as promised. Be even more happy if 2 yrs. from now I report the same thing. It is comforting to know that I have this service in the event I need it. Better to be safe than sorry ($$).

TVs aren't lasting as long as they used to. Sometimes less than a year before they develop a critical issue. This takes the worry and hassle out of getting it repaired or replaced.
