When we purchase an appliance or a TV from BestBuy, we always get the Geek Squad extended warranty. We purchased a new washer from BestBuy and had a problem with the soap dispenser from day one. They were available when we were home from work, so scheduling is not a problem. However, it did take almost 2 weeks to get the parts in so they could come back and fix the problem. The service was great. But the wait on parts was not favorable. That is the reason for the 3-star rating.

It's reassuring to know that I will get a new replacement vacuum if anything happens. There's no hassle at all at the store.
