called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I say it's it's a must have because you never know when your item wants to act up it can be the first week of the last day on your 5 year plan best buy will always fix it or just replace it then you get another 5 year plan on your new item again
