Although I have not had to use this yet....and hopefully not ever, I was kinda disappointed at purchase time. I expected some papers describing where and who to contact - at least an email. If I ever have to use it, I will need to chase down the paperwork. Overall did not get a warm-fuzzy on this service.

Even the best name brands can fail to perform. It's nice to know that geek squad protection can help you repair, or retrieve important files.

I feel so much better knowing my big purchase is protected for 5 years. Spending so much money is a little easier with this peace of mind.

When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.

Best purchase I've made in ghe event my TV stops working. It wasn't expensive either.

I did not actually have to use this but I always purchase warranties because I have had to use them in the past and was always thankful when I did.

So far the service has been good. Only had problems with installation of water line for refrigerator.
