When purchasing the Hisense U8G wanted to make sure I get from Best Buy warranty no other protection plan even comes close to giving you money back when tv can not be fixed. Remember don’t use warranty 1st year. The manufacturer needs to help. 2nd year and on is when you use

Great warranty service. Part to repair the TV was not available, so a store credit was provided for a TV of similar specs. Bought the warranty service again for the new TV.

Went into the store with a tv that had a protection plan it wasnt working properly they exchanged i walked out with a new one and was 100% satisfied and will continue to shop with best buy

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

I've thankfully only had to use the protection plan a few times, but the service and resolutions were always satisfactory. I wouldn't get for cheap items, but anything over $500 is definitely worth it! I buy many items from best buy, and always get the protection plan for major items.

Repair was good but contacting a person on the phone to make an appointment (or anything else) is extremely frustrating !

I wouldn’t make a big purchase without buying the extended warranty. My high end laptop went bad and Best Buy reimbursed me with a gift card. Same thing with a sound bar that went bad. Also, I had a tv that went bad from Best Buy and thank goodness I had the extended warranty on it. They give you the current value of the product, not what you paid for it on a gift card. That is way better than being at a total loss.

I was so happy with the help I received... I had actually just opened my TV, almost two years after I bought it. It didn't even turn on.... They knew what to do... Thnx Guys

Delivery was like a white glove service. They were on time exactly what I was told. We had a cart for them to use, but they carried it to my room. It was not their first rodeo.

Got to have protection on all of your products that you buy it's the best thing ever that Best Buy can offer

I always buy the geek skquad protection just in case anything malfunctions . I have 2 items get replaced for what i paid for the product

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

Nothing better than the feeling of knowing if something goes wrong with it, it’s not only not my fault, but I don’t even have to worry about it!!!
