    Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

    I never faced any problems with the Geeksquad. Each time I faced technical difficulties in my product, either they just replaced it or if the product was discontinued they refunded the entire amount. Awesome service.

    I have always used Best Buy Geek Squad I think it is the best warranty you can have I bought my LG OLED from Best Buy and I got their warranty because LG does not cover burn in Best Buy does Geek Squad is number one

    I bought a flat screen that stopped working after a year and I was still able to return and get a brand new one. Without the extra support returns/exchanges only last 15-30 days so it was definitely worth the extra money.

    The 2 year protection plan works great. I buy it for a majority of my products and whenever I need a service or replacement I take my product in, the associate sees that I have the protection plan and they replace the product with a brand new one.

    When I bought my last TV geek squad replaced my TV with no questions asked when they could not repair it because I purchased the protection plan and will continue to get the added protection while under the 5 year plan!

    Great If you ever have any issues with your products after the manufactures warranty advise you to get this they’re very responsive and want to make things right if there’s an issue and they do fix things quickly or replace it

    Geek Squad is worth it!

    It's always worth protection just in case. My t.v. had a dead line of pixels and Geek Squad was super fast and nice to come help me return the t.v. for a refund. Waiting on Samsung's 2021 micro/mini l.e.d.'s.

    Definitely get it if you are buying a big screen TV or high priced electronics. It is a good insurance for your comfort of mind. The service is above my expectation.

    I had a very expensive plasma screen television covered under this plan. It went out a few months ago, and Geek Squad was very helpful in attempting to repair it. The TV was never fixed, and because Best Buy no longer sells plasma screens, I was able to get store credit for the product.
