5 year protection plan? Duh. If you're going to invest a lot of money into a TV (by my measure) be safe. Best Buy has already replaced one of my TVs that could not be fixed. They stand behind their protection plans.

The geek squad at Best buy is awesome. They are always there to assist you with any purchases and answer any of your questions in detail. They have experience and you can tell. I recommend getting this service when you purchase items.

We have lots of thunder storms here in Central Florida. The Geek Squad 5 year protection includes power surges. Glad I got this. Have good service from Geek Squad in the past.

I thought this review was for my 5 year warranty not Geek Squad service. Although, I could use Geek Squad services to make sure I'm getting top quality picture from my TV. I hope I will be able to leave the future better review about Geek Squad services.

Geek squad warranties are always always always a must

I haven’t had to use this yet but everything else I’ve ever had to use Best Buy’s warranty has been so easy and uncomplicated. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff!!

We have a contract with the Geek Squad, but have not needed to contact them for our newish television. However, my mother has used the Geeks numerous times to help with issues with her new computer. They are very helpful and professional.

I skipped the protection package on 2 TVs. Immediately after the warranty, both TVs went out.... Never skip GS protection again!

The best extended warranty on the market, for the next 5 years I will not worry about pixels not working, LCD black spots, surge problems and even the remote not working. That's all covered!!
