I never used geek squad, but when I had questions they always knew how to answer, my things never got damaged so I didn’t use it but great people.

Love the peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong with my 4K tv that I’m covered. Well worth it.

This Samsung TV is the easiest TV to set up simply plug and play. The picture quality is excellent. The on screen guide walks you through the setup process.

I bought a new tv on black Friday and got a 5 year protection plan with it for only $60. It's hard to pass up a protection plan that breaks done to a $1 a month.

Best coverage for electronics. Never have to worry if something goes wrong. It either gets repaired or replaced.

I have had several extened warranties for tvs from Best Buy. I had one tv stop working just a few days after the manufacturers warranty expired. Best Buy replaced it.

Hope this warranty come in handle when the time is right.

So far geek squad has been very helpful with all my purchases. Best Buy’s automated phone tree experience could definitely be improved but when I finally get a person they are always well informed and helpful.
