bought with LG OLED CX 55" TV. Have not had to use it but purchased it because my older LG B6P 55" TV had burn-in and had to get the panel replaced. I had warranty through Amazon which was useless but luckily for me LG covered it under warranty because it was under 3 years from purchase date. Did not want to take the gamble this time around so purchased Best Buy's warranty which will replace the TV if they cant fix.

I had great experience with the protection. I will always recommend this to Family and friends.

I was under the impression that I get the replacement item..but they did not,they gave me a credit and really it’s not a full credit it’s like a minimal credit that you can use towards that Item,in my case it was a TV. I don’t know how the assessed value off the TV to the credit they offered me but I had a top up to get another TV... And by the way they Will ask you to bring the broken item or broken TV in my case And will keep it..Will probably fix it and sell it again on the open box items If it’s fixable

I almost always purchase the Protection plan. The "Geek Squad" protection is the one I prefer. Knowledgeable staff, prompt service. Great people to deal with.

We still haven’t use it so we’ll see how it works later

Geek Squad did a great job on getting all the viruses out of our computer! We have not had to even use Geek Squad!

Their service is above average due timing & waiting time but their personnel is reasonably good. Their warranty is excellent & a great buy

Haven't needed them yet for my TV but they were great when I bought my computer and needed them. I know it will be the same if problems occur with my TV.

Great protection on tv easy if use and the customer service is definitely outstanding with best buy

I didn't want to buy it because I was already spending a lot, but it's worth it for as soon as something goes wrong with your new expensive electronic!

My youngest son used to work gor Bestbuy years ago and he always recommended the Geek Squad protection plan.

So far, it's been 2 years and the TV is STILL good. I hope I can use this just in case. I only got 3 years left.

If you have a major purchase you have to have Geek Squad. Very knowledgable I have always used them

Had minor technical issues which employees helped me with over phone. Happy to say that I didn't need any major issues with my equipment

Haven’t had to use this but love the fact they will come to the house and I don’t have to take it to them

So far we haven’t had to use it, but the contract sounds really good. If anything was to happen to my product it would most likely be covered

Best buy geek squad should be purchased with all major items.we have used them ,they are better than Great.all the service techs really knowledgeable

Geek squad is very knowledgeable about the products.

Make sure to purchase the Geek Squad service on all you electronic devices. I found out the hard way!
