I can't believe after 1.5 years our TV went black. Geek squad came out. They did a wonderful job checking our TV and ordered parts. Geek Squad was kind to our dogs, house floors wearing shoe covers and especially to us the owners. Would recommend using them After the parts arrived Greek Squad came out again, Installed the parts, but TV still didn't work. Because we had Greek Squad protection warranty the purchase price was refunded by Best Buy card within 1 week.

Hopefully we wont have to use it. But price was decent and worth a little extra.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

I always get the warranty when I buy TVs or high price electronics.

I recommend anyone to purchase an extended warranty on a major purchase because you never know when it will be needed I had purchased many warranties in the past and yes they do work and less worries not to affect your pocket book because you already took care of it earlier

Nice alternative to the usual one year warranty. We had a laptop we bought once that didn’t have it and the screen stopped working just out of warranty. In the long run, it’s worth the extra charge for peace of mind.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

Always recommend protections plans from Best Buy! They’ve helped me big time after a few years

I found out after first purchase to add Geek. Works wonderful from home did not have to go into store for one of my devices. But did on computer problem and they solved the problem very quickly.

I gave a 3 because the genetleman that I talked to was cordial. I decided to call due to a defect on the ethernet port on my 35" TV. This service is not convenient if you are not close to the store. To use their services, you have to take the merchandise to the store. For customers that are more than an hour away, not convenient. Will not purchase the geek squad plan again.

Due to having 2 TV's blow up within months of each other, we felt the extra warranty was warranted! We have surge protectors on our whole house and also extra ones for each TV. The blow ups were just the way both older TV's decided to die. We believed the extra warranty would be helpful because of the lightness of the TV and it's fragile position.

Here’s the thing with geek squad protection. They will take care of you. Fix or exchange. Easy for me every time I’ve had an issue

Protection is a must for me for all my TV's and electronics, I've been satisfied in the past anytime I've ever had troubles or needed to use the plan for coverage. Always read your protection plans thoroughly Geek Squad tends to update them year to year.
