Not a good investment

Screen failure in 90 days.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointment in this beautiful television was made worse by the demands of the TCL company to prove that their screen was breaking down after just a few months of use. They will not replace it, even though this is still a current model, and after I provided them with photographs and video of the problem, and stated that if the unit is returned in less than perfect condition in the box they provide, I will not even receive a refund. I will never buy anything of TCL again, despite favorable reviews on the Internet. Back to SONY for me!

HORRIBLE support from Roku!

Speny 30 minutes, uploading pictures, reveiwing info only to be told to contact Best Buy at which point chat was immediately closed. No chance to ask anything. Call Best's typical phone help to be told it was a Mfg issue. Called Ruko, spent 15 minutes talking, was to be sent to tech support. Waited 5 minutes and call was dropped. Time to look at anything BUT a Roku TV.

Deceptive Reviews

They don't even mention the TV, just the extended warranty. Shameful and should be illegal.

I HATE THIS TV!!!!!!

It won’t turn on, I can be watching tv and then it switches to Netflix or Hulu out of nowhere. I can be on Hulu and it stops and brings it back to tv. This product was a waste and I’m mad at the best buy service rep over the phone that recommended me this tv! He knew is was horrible!

Buy name brand and nothing with fire tv.

I would advise anyone to stay away from fire tv as ours have been a pain to deal with. My 5 year old LG tv blows this thing away in performance and reliability.

Extended warranty not worth it.

I purchased a 2 year warranty for the tv I bought in October of 2019, original warranty is a year, I’m thinking the warranty is good until this October - not!!!
