called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

I love the Geek Squad warranty Best Buy offers. It allows me to not have to worry about my electronics if something happens to it. I just have to take it to a Best Buy and they will fix any problems with no hassle!

All Best buy geek squad protection plans are a good buy. The logistics can be messed up sometimes but they get the job done and the repairman are awesome.

Always good to get a 5 year because you never know what will happen even with the best of brands. I am glad Best Buy offers a 5 year warranty and a small price to pay in case anything goes wrong.

I always buy insurance on TV because the warranty you get with Best Buy is hassle free. Any problem just bring it back and get something else.

Best buy has always been great fixing or replacing anything I have purchased with a protection plan, so for the added protection, I took this 5 year plan and I'm sure I will eventually get my money's worth out of it.
