I value Geek Squad. Wouldn't know where to get help otherwise.

I didn't want to buy it because I was already spending a lot, but it's worth it for as soon as something goes wrong with your new expensive electronic!

Haven't had to use yet. Hopefully won't need to. Used once for another product the squad member was great

Best Buy extended coverage is a must for your TV. If you don't get it, your investment is not protected. What are you doing, man?! BUY IT.

Always purchase geek squad protection for items bought at Best Buy... boys can be hard on electronics
