Do not buy it! Again DO NOT BUY it. This is probably my last purchase on BestBuy. I will go spend my money somewhere else. I spent over $6000 in a week. I bought 4 LG TVs for my restaurant. Remodeling was not finished on the date as we planned. So I didn't even open the boxes for 2 weeks, because my dining room was not ready for the TVs. One of the Tvs came out of the box with a cracked screen! The other 3 are just fine! I called local BestBuy, they said they can't help because it's been over 2 weeks since I bought it. They asked me to call LG customer service. I called LG customer service, they won't fix the TV because it is an external issue, it is not an internal issue. Geek Squad won't fix it. LG customer service won't fix it. I have a broken TV with all the extra warranties and no one would like to help because I didn't get to open the TV box for 2 weeks. Terrible customer service so far on both sides. LG and BestBuy as well. I should have ordered the TVs from somewhere else. If no one helps me out, I know where to take my business next time.

I recommend getting the warranty. The customer service and repair techs are awesome.

They don't seem very knowlegable to me. I had a TV under warranty & they tried to give me the "run around" to replace my TV. I had a very hard time getting them to honor my warranty.

The product works well for my child.he watches Netflix and plays his videogames and is happy with it.

Not always sure about purchasing service plans but cost was reasonable for the piece of mind.

For the price and quality it's the best tv in the market.
