This is good protection for your electronics. The downside it took 2 months and 6 visits for them to use the protection. TV was still under manufacturer warranty but had to use the geek squad protection anyway.

The process took almost four months. Initially the tv was evaluated by phone. We eventually, a couple of months later, had a repairman come to the house. We made the suggested changes, and the tv still didn't work correctly. Again the problem was diagnosed over the phone and another repairman came after the part was delivered. He saw the video we had made and found that the tv couldn't be prepared and would be exchanged.

Performance is very good, picture quality is excellent.

Always covered when I purchase a tv and it has always gave me peace of mind knowing I’m covered for at least 5 years.

Coverage got me a replacement tv. Unfortunately after 1.5 yrs of owning tv, I had to repurchase a new warranty because it was a full replacement. Some heartburn on that but I guess it could be worst without it.

After having this tv for over a month now, I am truly happy the way it looks and sounds. Picture is really great and the sound is very clear.

I haven't needed the insurance yet but. Geek squad is the main reason I shop at best buy love it!

A must have in my book! You just never know what might go wrong & hopefully nothing will but at least you would have this if something did.
