good squad team, gave us enough information but they didn’t install my tv. We actually did it.

After several attempts to come out and fix my old tv, Best Buy geek squad made an exception to give me an option to get a new tv. No more having to deal with the old tv.

Bought the full protection plan for Sony 78 inch large screen 4K model. The technology is pretty new and this provides some security for the large investment.

Have not had to use the geek squad yet but it is good to know that I have the protection should I need it .

Don’t leave Best Buy without it! Always get an extended warranty. Protect your investment!!!

Insignia TV screen went blank after about 6 months but Best buy replaced without a hassle . Glad i had it !!

Total trust of Geek Squad warranty. They replace products if they break and can’t be fixed by them.

You never if your product will just randomly fail on you. just buy the warranty to be safe than sorry.

I have ALWAYS gotten the protection plan for our products and for the few times it was used, was totally worth it! I would highly recommend the Geek Protection plan for most items that have it offered.

Funny that ive never really had to use this service but always get it when buying something nice. Best Buy makes a good buck off of me this way. I hope that when and if i have to use this service, it doesn't disappoint.

Haven't had to use it and I hope I don't but it's a great insurance policy...

If I didn't have this protection I would have had to return my television to the manufacturer,instead of getting a in store credit that same day.
