I don't ever regret the extra protection! i bought a plasma a few years back and the screen went out 3months b4 the warranty was up (Bummer) the TV was $849 new and Geek squad came out and put a new screen in and cost almost $1200 to repair "Don't forget the Warranty"

You can never go wrong with a product like this this is my second one and I have no complaints

Gig squat insurance is the most simple as thing you can do to guarantee no headaches no hassle when something goes wrong Best Buy and a Geek Squad their of their to handle anything... just buy it

If anyone is purchasing any electronic device, you must buy the extra warranty. Products are not made like they use to be. After having a tv for 4 years and it is completely dead now, I wish I would have bought the 5 year plan. Dont be like me, make sure you are covered.

I always purchase the add on warranty on expensive purchases just as a safety measure. Although I have never had to use one yet, the way I see it is better safe then sorry

Never leave Best Buy without it. Protection value outweighs not having it at all.

Got this warranty at a good price along with my tv purchase. Haven't had any problems so therefore I haven't used it. But from what I read it sounds lije it should be easy to file a claim.

Totally worth the protection if you were not real text savvy and I am old and my mother is old and we needed help and the geek squad is great it’s worth the money if you want help 24 hours a day

I bought a LG Oled65c6p curved tv and got rewards on my Best Buy credit card. So I was able to use the rewards to purchase a two year geek squad protection plan. I am quite pleased with knowing I will have my tv protected for two years without paying out of pocket.

The help is great! But I don’t use most of the opportunities because I don’t have many problems. I feel the cost is too much for my application and preferred the prior pricing.

The agents offered a warranty on a refurbished TV!
