The main reason for my purchases in best buy is always due to the assurance I get in the form of geek squad protection.

I have yet to use it but everything explained to me about it sounded good. I'm hoping I never have use it but relieved I have it

So far haven't had to use it but its good knowing that I have geek squad for the next 5 years if anything goes bad with th tv.

I highly recommend getting protection on all electronics especially TV’s the Geek Squad has been out for my TV on three different occasions and the tv is less than a year old. They been great to work with! Can’t say much for the Samsung tv tho!

This is my first experience purchasing Geek Squad warranty. I hope I don't need to use it, but glad they cover lightning damage since I live in an area this frequently happens.

Everything about this tv is awesome, I cant believe the picture quality on this. In my opinion this is better the the Samsung tv. I have directv and this tv up-scales everything to 4k or near 4k.
