Having called about a problem with new tv purchase and being told I would be charged for something not working that I purchased the 5 year extended warranty for. Was also told I would need to bring it in for repair. It's a 49 inch tv which is supposed to be covered for in home service. I had to contact support to get resolved. I'm giving a recommend, but with reservations.

For this price and what you're getting? You can't beat that. Be smart. Get Geek Squad protection for your electronics. Better safe than sorry.

I am not sure I have used the service for this. I got turned down for a little technicality when one of my products got damaged
