    They hooked up the television and did not coordinate the remote. Also they did not check the picture as the tv was defective. When I called for service, they told me it would be nearly 2 weeks. When service came out, they said it should have been replaced not serviced as it is a new television. I scheduled a replacement and no one showed up. I called and was told someone would contact me and no one did.

    They're super friendly. Only issue is some technical difficulties cannot be fixed onsite and has to be offsite and cost extra.

    Normally we do not buy warranties. This is affordable and takes care of our needs for the two years we figure until the next product upgrade.
