I simply wish that my service included home repair. Sometimes it is inconvenient to go to the store.

DONT buy the warranties, Best Buy in Holyoke Massachusetts is not honoring the warranties, Bout 7 75 inch TVs and bought 7 5 year warranties, they replaced two TVs that went bad but they don’t want to replace one that just went bad, making this a third one, I think for some reason that someone in that departament feels I’m trying to pull a fast one by using the same old tv. Buy when they replace your tv they take the old one, I can understand that but once the new tv arrives they grab the old tv and take it. There at also serial numbers that should be unique to each tv, when I called, the person creating the ticket told me that number is in their system, for the life of me I know that’s a third issue, these guys really are playing with a great customers loyalty. I have been a bust buy member for years and purchase thousands and thousands from the company but that is about to change. This reminds me of circuit city. Almost forgot the geek squad agent was condescending and rude to me at my own place. His name is Mark and he works for the geek squad in Holyoke mass, we are Hispanic. I had to ask him if he was upset, mad about something to be that rude.

Love the warranty never had a problem getting my TV fixed or store credit if it couldn't be fixed

They were early with delivery, friendly & installed/mounted quickly & safely!

The customer service from geek squad is horrendous. I set up a service call to repair a LG OLED tv before Memorial Day because it doesn't power on. A quick internet search reveals there is a known issue with the power board, which was confirmed during the first visit. Yet here it is after the 4th of July holiday, no new power board and no working tv. The local store cannot (or claims it cannot) provide any help. All you can do is call an 800 number, be placed on hold, and be told they will call you back with a repair date, which doesn't happen. No one seems interested in fixing my TV.

Not sure if it is worth it yet. Hopefully I won’t need them for a while.

I'm sure Geek Squad is amazing but I, unfortunately, was unable to use them because they can't touch the TV until the manufacturer's warranty is up. So I've been stuck dealing with no help and a broken TV from Hisense
