I price checked and this was a good value for the money

Should you need repairs in the first 15 days, exchange is trouble free, if your product fails at day 16 the games begin. You bring your item to them, they mail it off to an outside firm for repairs and after two to three weeks they tell you if they are going to repair or replace. If repair is an option, then you pick up your item one or two weeks later and no more warranty not even a guarantee on the work preformed by the geek squad. I will never buy their warranty again and warn everyone reading this unless it is a tiny item that you won't miss for over a month their so called protection is useless. Covers defects etc any other damages are not covered regardless of what the salesman tells you so he can get his commission. Geek Squad protection is about as ethical as old school used car salesmen. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have Had to useGeeks support or help for anything, But in the future if I have to I will come back and write a review But I know I have to rate it even though I know that I have not used them

They made it seem like this would protect your purchase from accidents when it only protects if your tv stops working because of manufacturing issues. I feel like they should state it clearly and I paid an extra 50 dollars for no reason.

I appreciate having this in case of any accidents.

They won't schedule an appointment without the serial number off the back of the TV. That's a little hard for my 81 yo mother to accomplish.

Prompt in fixing my computer. I gave everything I had including accessories but did not receive back. Had to talk to upper management to get my battery plug replaced.

I think the investment in this protection plan will be worth it.

75" VIZIO installation in living room. Tech did ok but the mount was not installed level. Then, had a tech come out a few months later to calibrate the TV. Made the picture look a little better.

I think the protection plan is good but depends on the item that's under the warranty I've had a couple of issues about getting stuff covered that should have been or being told I got one thing on my warranty and then not having it when I go to use it

So far, I haven't had to use this service, but when I do I hope it covers what BestBuy offered. The price is rather affordable if you are making payments, but like I said it depends if you use the service or not. (there may be a new review if something goes wrong)

Have never had to use Geek Squad, yet. Hope I don't have to.

GOOD VALUE FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE ELECTRONIC PURCHASES

Waste of time and money! instead of exchanging my tv they would rather send a tech multiple times and the problem is not fixed. I spent hour and a half waiting on the phone to go in a circle then hung up on only to wait another hour to talk to someone to tell me they have to send out someone againthen my phone died !no one called back even after saying give me your number in case we get disconnected. A real geek wouldn’t leave you hanging and they have actual knowledge.

This is for my Dyson vacuum it works great but service is horrible never would have thought Best Buy would be so bad and I purchased extra warranty it has been there 15 days now and can’t reach no one I would not recommend buying anything there

The computer worked fine and several months into having it… it started to work really slow… mind you I don’t be on the computer much as I use my phone most of the time.. the sound even went out, so I’m not really happy with this item
