Had an issue with a purchased several years ago. I did not take the protection. It was probably suggested. I learned my lesson! Glad I have it.

Haven't had to use it on new tv but I always buy on off-brand product or cheapest deal. Best Buy has always been great about honoring when necessary.

I decided to add the extended warranty to my new tv. It's a great price for a 2 year Geek Squad Protection.

I bought the 2 year protection for my new Toshiba TV. I haven't had to use it yet. I have the Geek Squad protection for my computer and just love it.

Would definitely recommend the extra coverage. Used it on my old tv and it was money well spent.

The Geek squad warranty is a necessity for peace of mind with your investment in electronics. Best Buy is great at fulfilling their warranty claim.

Did not use geek squad to come to house but I contacted them to provide help with setup. Very helpful.
