Very glad I purchased this as when my tv developed an unfixable problem it was replaced free of charge

I have used the geek squad for years On the tv instalation I had to have your guy come out a second time and fixed the problem your sup contractor did

On larger purchases, almost always purchase the extended warranty. Geek Squad and Best Buy are great to work with, as long as it's all under warranty.

absolutely real good 5 year external warranty right away contact with the customer service and replace my TV for another one I will recommend this warranty for everybody

I was a bit skeptical about getting any warranty or insurance on my products but since everything goes thru then directly if anything goes wrong made it good to get

The 5 year geek squad protection is a must have as the big flat screen may have some issues in the fourth year or with my luck shortly after the fifth and we can't have that. I may have to extend it just in case.

Always get insurance for tvs. It can last forever or die anytime!
