The agents installed my TV on the wall and connected it to the new sound bar. I am very pleased with the agents. The were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have used Geek Squad for over 10 years and am always satisfied.

Havent used so far but i Bought this additional plan for my worry free once i need help in future.Hope it will works like i planned

One of the best tv ever. If it’s not Sony, I always go for lg. Got this on clearance and it is full of features. Way better than it’s competitor.

for tv it was kind of brutal . The tv was broke the guy had to come out and change the main board in the tv before giving us a new tv. So this took almost 2 months. We did not have a tv for almost 2 months Every time they came they had to replace the same thing ... The tv was 500 dollars instead of replacing it they spent 3000 on 3 boards that did not work, whatever they had to pay the guys to come out and work every time for 2 hours, This was honestly ridiculous. Nothing made sense. luckily we finally got the replacement after the 3rd time and thats the only reason we get 1 more star.

I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.

Each and every time I have called the agents are professional and know what they are doing....from guest service to tech issues and I feel valued as a customer. I wholly recommend anyone with modern electronics in their homie to have this service. It has saved me much stress and money.

Any time of purchase big ticket items , I always purchase a warranty it’s better to be safe than sorry. You just never know when the device you purchased made malfunction. Things are just not built the same way

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

The geek squad agents hung the TV to the existing mount showed us how of operate the tv and remote. They were quick and efficient.

Two tv's went black screen after just two years. Five year plan seems like a good buy.

It's worth having and I recommend it to anyone that's thinking about it!

Geek squad is always good to have if I can insurance on your TV. It’s always nice and it eases your mind knowing you have insurance on your TV or your appliances.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my smart tv for $59 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it . Where now paying $59 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think thats a no brainer.
