    I like to purchase warranty fir big ticket items.

    I feel this is a good investment for big ticket items I just had a tv that was not working and having the protection plan really helped the Geek Squad was great they came twice and were extremely helpful and the store squad was also great at the mall. They were fast helpful and very professional.

    Fortunately we have not had to use the geek squad warranty on our new TV. The TV is up in northern Wisconsin so next summer will be when it gets the major use. Got the warrantee is I have had experience with receivers and not getting the warranty. Not so good.

    This has so paid for itself over and over again. The service at Best Buy is fantastic. Can’t begin to name all of the associates that helped. Not one was anything but perfect

    We purchased our five year protection plan. We had one on our last computer and were very glad we did so. No problem getting service from friendly staff.

    With so many electronic devices in our house, we love the peace of mind of having a five year protection plan that covers any problems, and they come to our home for any service or repair calls. It sure beats pulling a large TV off the wall and hauling it somewhere for a repair

    Only purchase this once before and got a full refund on a broken keyboard case. Had a $1200 Samsung tv go down and didn’t want to have any issues for a new LG 75 inch. I will have piece of mind for 5 years. They even cover pixel loss.

    Best Buy reimbursed me the full price, plus sales tax cost of my recently deceased 3 year old UN50JS7000. Without this coverage, replacement would be entirely out of pocket. Just purchased replacement HDTV with 5 year Geek Squad protection as well. Assurance well worth the cost.

    I hope I never have to use it with our new OLED TV, but it saved my bacon when our 2 yr old LED set developed an issue with the panel. Since Visio panels are not replaceable, it provided a credit equal to my purchase price. This allowed me to upgrade to the better quality picture of OLED.

    I bought a 600 tv. Ain’t no way I’m not gonna insure it for 2 year after the fire destroyed the last one. I love my tv so much, I literally named it “Brad Pitts TV” I’m almost positive he owns the exact same mode. So no better option then to protect the same tv that he may or may not own.

    He was very proffessional. He was very friendly and nice. It didnt take him very long at all to put up wall mount. And he also hooked the tv up to the wall mount. It looks really good. I was very impressed.

    I’m having trouble with the picture freezing when the tv is on for Long periods of time but it’s a nice tv when it don’t freeze it don’t freeze all the time it may have been the settings I had it on. . Samsung works with spectrum for streaming your TV without having to buy additional equipment. Nice TV this is the 24” bought it to fit in my armor you may think this is small but once you start watching tv you don’t notice the size. I also have the 50” in my living room that one is fantastic

    this has saved me so many times from repair fees If they can't repair it, they will give u a new one comparable. The first geek squad agent, broke it even more lol. The second one was like..uh she messed it up we have to replace the entire tv...i was cool with that...so always get this protection plan!!
