Took a chance when this TV went on sale and wondered why, Well happy to say I have had no complaints so for and what a great pic with so much detail, Not a lot of 4K out there yet but the up-scaling from even standard DVD and Blue ray is really good. Great pic and easy to use tv

Always get geek squad protection on my products, just in case, and I have had to use it with no issues

I always get Best Buy's extended warranty on anything over $250. My Samsung 75" flat screen croaked 4 years into the warranty, and as a result, more than paid for itself.

The best insurance plan around. $247 for 3 yrs and if they can't fix it then they will replace it. How great is that

I have an appoint thursday regarding my Ipad. I have an old hp and the help has been fantastic!!! Just a phone call away. Looking forward to see hw my grdson enjoys his new TV. No worries qeek squad contract. :)

The Geek Squad came in mounted the TV and made sure i was able to work all apps.

Worth getting if you can. I have used this service and their techs are great.

If you're buying high performance equipment, this is worth it. I've had several TVs and items have failures and working directly with Best Buy/Geek Squad is far faster and easier than with the manufacturer.

When I buy a TV at Best Buy, I get this because if it breaks in 5 years it gets fixed or replaced which a TV repair shop will charge a lot more than what I paid- $59.

The price was very reasonable. Once i fir it home, it was easy to set up. The picture quality is nice for shows, movies and gaming. Live it.

I never faced any problems with the Geeksquad. Each time I faced technical difficulties in my product, either they just replaced it or if the product was discontinued they refunded the entire amount. Awesome service.

It's always worth protection just in case. My t.v. had a dead line of pixels and Geek Squad was super fast and nice to come help me return the t.v. for a refund. Waiting on Samsung's 2021 micro/mini l.e.d.'s.
