I purchased a sony 4K 65" TV in december that hasn't worked right since the beginning. I have been trying to get resolution with Geek squad and am rather frustrated. Notes from prior conversations with customer support people are not in the file and they cannot reconnect me with the agent with whom I previously spoke. Given this problem at the very beginning I am less confident in the service support I would receive in the future. I am returning the TV and the warranty

Love having the peace of mind regarding purchased electronics. Best buy is good for honoring these commitments.

This is a must have with any Best Buy product but in most cases nothing happens in 2 years.

It is always wise to protect your investment. You never know when something could go wrong.

I buy the warranty’s from Best Buy because it gives me a peace of mind
