75" VIZIO installation in living room. Tech did ok but the mount was not installed level. Then, had a tech come out a few months later to calibrate the TV. Made the picture look a little better.

I was delivered a 85” with a huge crack in the screen and after weeks of getting bounced between Samsung and Best Buy I still have a broken TV with no answers. Best Buy is refusing to remedy this situation even with the protection plan. No use in buying the plan, even if the product is ruined by a Best Buy employee themselves, they still won’t fix it.

This insurance is a scam; it doesn't cover anything. It covers the same things as the manufacturer, and the manufacturer covers them for free. I recommend you don't buy it; it's absurd and ridiculous.

Waste of time and money! instead of exchanging my tv they would rather send a tech multiple times and the problem is not fixed. I spent hour and a half waiting on the phone to go in a circle then hung up on only to wait another hour to talk to someone to tell me they have to send out someone againthen my phone died !no one called back even after saying give me your number in case we get disconnected. A real geek wouldn’t leave you hanging and they have actual knowledge.

Prompt in fixing my computer. I gave everything I had including accessories but did not receive back. Had to talk to upper management to get my battery plug replaced.

They won't schedule an appointment without the serial number off the back of the TV. That's a little hard for my 81 yo mother to accomplish.

I purchased this protection, have not used it yet. I have had several Geek Squad installation issues so am not feeling confident about this protection. Time will tell. I am hopeful.

We purchased a 5 yr warranty with our LG TV. Last July Geek Squad replaced the motherboard and other components. After several months, the same issue cam up. We called early February, got rescheduled a half dozen times for service (COVID), but they would push out appointment without ever contacting me. They finally arrived yesterday. They replaced all of the same components. Later that day, Black screen when attempting to go to settings, limited function with remote. Additionally, the tech left it in factory mode which only a service tech can remove (not as easy as a setting on tv). The tech told me to contact her directly, but she has not responded to ANY of my contact. What an absolute FRUSTRATING experience. They are incapable of repairing my television and are absolutely unwilling to replace my tv.

Normally i love geek squad protection but they really let me down this time just purchased a Samsung s90d oled for 2300 plus 500 for geek squad so 2900 and it was the best tv iv ever had for 1 month then completely shut off on me and broke best buy refuses to honor the protection planed i purchased because they want me to go through Samsung first and use thier warranty thats ganna take 2 weeks for e tech to show up so i have no tv for 2 weeks and have to hope he can fix it and i asked can i just bring in my tv to best buy and they refuse to help at all even when i purchased a 500 dollar protection plan

Okay, so I bought the extended warranty. My experience with extended warranties has been mixed. It usually dies after the warranty ends or they make it difficult to use. So 3 stars until I use it and they are either excellent or horrible.

The tv is okay buy having issues with wireless connection even though excellent connection for the internet and correct password entered

Bought the same model TV from the store as a Christmas gift during Black Friday and found it was damaged after opening the box later and out of the return window, so I bit the bullet and bought this with the replacement TV.

so glad that I purchased this warranty 4 security.

I need more information on this protection plan. Is there a document that I can put in my file? I purchased it but was given no information on how to contact anyone if there is a problem.
