best buy does a good replace no questions asked protection its worth it on most things

I haven't used my protection coverage just yet but I'm sure it was money well spent.

When ever I have a problem the Geek Squad is my go to place for all of my electronics.

My experience with my geek squad TV replacement was nothing short of a nightmare. After a mistake on there end...what should have only taken 2 days for the replacement ended up taking over a month. I literally called over 15 times and was told something different by every CSR that I talked to. Eventually the gift card that was supposed to be electronically sent showed up in the mail with no correspondence from Geek Squad. I am grateful that my TV replacement was covered under warranty but furious about the way it was handled and how long it took.

Depends on what you buy if this is worth it,Games no TVs maybe.... portables yes!

A necessary evil? But gives me good piece of mind not having to worry about 'what if'.

Geek squad always are professional and knowlegeable

I have not used the 5 year plan to date since most of the items I have purchased recently. Therefore, I do not have an opinion on the plan.

Pretty expensive in my opinion especially if best buy stands behind their products.

I normally buy insurance only for purchases that I'm concerned about. I bought this for my LG nanocell 90 series because it was bought used. I never have had to use geek squad services so I cant share my full experience.

This tv is fine I don’t like it bcz it doesn’t have 4k. I’m not used to the resolution
