Glad to know if my tv malfunctions i will not be out of luck,

Additional protection is always a plus w electronics

Horrible customer service. Protection plans are a waste of money because Worst Buy doesnt stand by anything. The display panel literally fell out of the top of my TV frame, and if you know anything at all about glass, this broke the screen. When it broke, it obviously broke in 1 spot because thats how glass works. Because it broke in 1 spot Worst Buy classified it as impact damage and refused to cover it. Will not be purchasing anything from this joke of a store again. Ill be taking my business over to Amazon. No wonder box stores are struggling.

Have used the protection plan once and I had a bad experience with it. Took almost 3 month to get my t.v. fixed or replaced. Maybe bad timing with this whole pandemic but at the end it did get resolved.

Haven't needed to use yet but im happy to have them.

No problems but good to know help is there when needed.

The adjents did all the work and worked pretty quickly. Only issue was I felt they rushed to get out of there after. Didn't really help me set up anything and the TV picture was awful. Had to return the TV.

So far havent had any issues so havent used them at all

This is way better than the manufacturers warranty. Just bought a Vizio earlier this year, and it failed in 9 mo. Zero warranty. Problem with this warranty, you have to haul your tv back to best buy.

This purchase is for a new HP desktop computer. So far the extended warrantee has not been used. HOWEVER, 5-6 years ago I purchased 2 laptop computers that came with Windows 10. I purchased Windows 7 from Best Buy. I didn't like Windows 10. Your staff told me if I purchased a 2 year service agreement You would be able to REMOVE Win10 and replace it with Win7. A week later I come to pick up the laptops only to be told Best Buy techs COULD NOT REMOVE WIN10. You refused to return my nearly $200 extended warrantee money!! I called you and sent a letter and NEVER heard from you! Unfortunately, you are the only full-service computer store in town (No more Circuit City). Only option is stationery stores that have minimal selection. I am still angry about this rip off! THE ONLY REASON I purchased this computer AND extended warranty is because of your manager. I paid for the current system online and when i went to your store to pick it up it was NO LONGER available. The manager got on it right away and got the system I ordered right on the spot! She was GREAT! And I thank her profusely. PLUS, other items I brought in I bought from you could not be repaired. Geeesh!!!

Good Deal along with the TV with great support....

It's good but I think it's overvalued, compared to other stores that offer warranty and repair service.

Took two appointments but they fixed my new Sony tv

It's so difficult to get in touch with these guys. I'm wondering if it worth the money. Every time i call no one answers.

Always good to get an extra warrenty when you have kids

This plan has great coverage for a very reasonable price.

Since I have only have the equipment for a month or so, I have not had to use the service.... so...

Never buy a product without this in your purchase!
