The agents mounted my tv and told me I bought the wrong mount. He had one in his truck & it worked out great.

this is necessary for any oled tv s they are extremely difficult and expensive to repair. its a no brainer

Haven't had to use it yet and in a way I hope I never have to but I am glad to know it is there if I need it.

I purchased this for my new TV. Best Buy is usually good about responding to customer issues so hopefully my TV will be fine. If not I'm sure they will help with any problems.

Love the help they offer. They are always friendly and very helpful with all your needs. So if you need help don’t be afraid to let them know you are not computer savvy lol.

You never know when you are going to need it. I was able to get a brand new TV when my original TV went bad.

I buy protection on all products I purchase from Best Buy as they will either fix or replace anything that is protected if something goes wrong or it is faulty

Love the idea I have " one" company to call for any appliance. Computer, repair at a reasonable cost.

I Love geek squad protection . They try to fix it if not they give you money to buy another one . Or whatever you need to buy. I highly recommend this to my friends.

The 39" HDTV is wonderful. The picture is very crisp and clear. I am very happy with it. I would recommend it highly. It was also easy to set up, so I could do it myself.

Every product that I purchased from Best Buy has a protection plan. When my Lab top went down Geek Sqaud was there to fix in a jiffy. And the plan is affordable.

Best Buy Geek Squad policies are always worth the money!

Its nice to have, but I do wish it was cheaper to purchase the extra warrantee. Overall, excellent!

So far geek squad has been very helpful with all my purchases. Best Buy’s automated phone tree experience could definitely be improved but when I finally get a person they are always well informed and helpful.

Easy to purchase. Hopefully I'll never have to use it.
