I haven’t had to use Geek Squad service, but I’m hoping it will be as good as I expect

I always buy the extended warranty as products don’t last like they did long ago.

When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.

I like the Geek Squad service. These have always done a good job when I needed them for service.

Better safe than sorry so I purchased as sometimes there's manufacturers defects even if an item is new

Geeks installed my wall hanger then hung and set up my new 70 inch Toshiba. Very professional ,quick and clean. Not worth the risk to do the job by myself.

The protection plan for the cost provides assurance for any premature product issue that may occur.

Anything I purchase from BB, I always add Geek Squad protection because i can always rely on them for help and it's always top notch service.
