Good advice. I don’t usually gets protection on my device but for the first time I did it and I’m proud of it

Great for the time I had it. Best buy was also attentive to my issues and the solved some of the problems I had with the TV that I bought.

Best warranty out there hands down. I had a pair of headphones that went through the wash and they helped me replace them. Super easy to process.

I will never buy a tv again without a protection plan. These tvs are too expensive to fix and not meant last. So knowing that I have five good years of protection is worth the extra money!!!

Bought contract for 5 years just because I got such a good deal on price of tv. Costs $25 for peace of mind to be replaced if anything goes wrong.

Purchased as a back up plan if anything should happen.

Purchased with HDTV as gift for my husband. We do not have alot of tech knowledge and when I have needed it, it was very easy to access.

With the price I got. I don't have to worry about the repair of my new TV. Price for repair are really skyrocket . Better have one for peace of mind.

Our tv went out a week and a half ago, called Best Buy since we bought the warranty. They have given us (7!!!!!!) different appointment times for someone to come to our house and today makes 4 no shows for someone to repair, they say we can’t bring the 75in to the store because it’s over the 42in limit….. do not waste your money on the warranty because Best Buy DOES NOT fulfill it. We have talked to store managers, geek squad, repair guys, worst experience ever when it comes to fixing our crap

They replaced tv with no issue, even upgraded me to a bigger size for free

I always buy the protection plan when getting a new tv at Best Buy. It comes in really handy when you have problems with the tv. Best Buy would send out a tech to your house and it’s great! Would recommend this!
