    The All-In-One protection plan is a rip off on cost and limits one choices. There are no ala cartes options. If you purchase a protection plan it must come with their Web Root anti-virus, even if you already have an existing one; which increases the cost of the plan. That's not cool.

At least at this time, you have the choice of either getting protection for the hardware or software - or both. The software support side does come with Webroot and the hardware does not.     All features work great, but the home screen should give an option to simplify... it's too many shows being advertised, too many movie and show options all at once. Customers should have a choice to opt out or change the format.
