`This is a must have if you make a large dollar purchase if you buy a tv (depending on size) will come to the house and fix it, if they can't they give you the full dollar amount you spent to get a new one! I wouldn't buy a lot of tech items without this!

Even though i have not had to use them on my recent purchase, I did have a problem with a tv that i did not buy the protection for which was past the two week period after purchase. I went to the store and spoke with a manager of the TV Section. He sent the geek squad out to my house and they got me hooked up with Samsung to fix the problem..No charge.

I have not needed to use this service but I'm very happy to know I have it available.

Samsung 55" curve T.V. and sound bar ,.Awesome t.v. beautiful color and picture also bought curve sound bar ,,, very nice together,,,great sound , had mounted to wall,,, geek squad was awesome, they new what they were doing and was able to advise,,, very happy
