Warranty is great through them. I hope I don’t have to use it but if I do I know I’m covered

The protection plan is absolutely worth it considering how long sets last these days.

this is necessary for any oled tv s they are extremely difficult and expensive to repair. its a no brainer

I've been fortunate in only having to use Geek Squad once. I purchase this protection for all my purchases.

Have not used this service yet; however, am glad I purchased it. You never know when you might need it.

I purchased the two year plan for this samsung tv i just bought just in case something happens im protecting my investment well played best buy well played

This is a great budget TV. We haven't had any issues with the TV itself. Some apps crash (about once or twice a month) but other than that it is a solid 1080p TV. We purchased ours for $300 and added the 5 geek squad warranty.

They'll give you a schpeel about how it covers MORE than what the manufacturer warranty covers, but it doesn't really. And you're paying for something you can't use. In my case, I paid for something I originally declined, but was talked into because I was promised it was added onto the end of the manufacturer's warranty, which was appealing. Only it didn't and I paid for something I never needed or wanted and when I needed it, it wasn't any good. To make it better, I tried to talk to them about a refund, and instead the customer "service" guy put me on hold for 1.5 HOURS and disconnected me. I called from my cell to see if someone could come back to the land line I was holding on and THEY put me BACK on hold for another HOUR before disconnecting me. So obviously, not impressed with the service or the product. No wonder they can't compete with Amazon or Walmart.

Why wouldn't you grab a policy whereas if anything happens to your purchase it gets automatically replaced with a new one of exact or updated version of your purchase?

The Geek squad is always very knowledgeble. Pilite and helpful. Best Buy is a great place to shop or buy on line

Rather be safe than sorry. It is always important to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

With tech, you never know the possibility of an electrical component failing. I hope to never experience problems but if I do, I know that I am covered.

I buy extended warranties because I don't want to deal with the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor, get the extended warranty and have peace of mind.

Process for getting a new TV was very fast they really do replace anything you need I would totally get this again
