Insignia TV screen went blank after about 6 months but Best buy replaced without a hassle . Glad i had it !!

Have not had to use the geek squad yet but it is good to know that I have the protection should I need it .

Geek Squad helped get my computer running again! Very happy with appt time and them walking me through the issue.

I always get my insurance through them and they always know if one of my devices is damaged or needs to be replaced.

bought with LG OLED CX 55" TV. Have not had to use it but purchased it because my older LG B6P 55" TV had burn-in and had to get the panel replaced. I had warranty through Amazon which was useless but luckily for me LG covered it under warranty because it was under 3 years from purchase date. Did not want to take the gamble this time around so purchased Best Buy's warranty which will replace the TV if they cant fix.

I have Geek Squad coverage for other electronic items so didn't hesitate to purchase service for my new TV.
