I have not shopped at Best Buy for years and can honestly say I do not miss it. Poor customer service, Hassle to get a price match, and Geek Squad Protection is a joke. Good news is I got this protection for a steal for a price matched TV that the store did not want to match. Will definitely take my business elsewhere and cancel the my best buy membership that was only purchased to get an extended return period because the standard 14 days is a joke. Brick and mortar tech stores will eventually all go under, Best Buy is on that path.

Horrible customer service. Protection plans are a waste of money because Worst Buy doesnt stand by anything. The display panel literally fell out of the top of my TV frame, and if you know anything at all about glass, this broke the screen. When it broke, it obviously broke in 1 spot because thats how glass works. Because it broke in 1 spot Worst Buy classified it as impact damage and refused to cover it. Will not be purchasing anything from this joke of a store again. Ill be taking my business over to Amazon. No wonder box stores are struggling.

It was worth having when I bought the TV and this protection plan. However, I believe Geek Squad Protection is slowly shifting to Tech Support which is just too expensive -$199 per year.

I haven't had to use the protection plam for my TV as of right now, but it's never a bad idea to make sure you have a protection plan that goes beyond the manufacture warranty

Have never been dissatisfied with dependability of GeeK Squad

Did not need to use protection since I purchased product. 3 stars due to not having used service, so average is all I can say up too this point. Until future use of protection on other items, will get a more accurate review.

We rarely purchase extra protection for our purchases but with the expense of the TV we bought, it was a good price to have a backup plan in case of failure.

This is a good deal for the price. It's worth it no worries.

What can I say best picture quality and size for a affordable price.

Gave a 3 necause I just bought it. Hope I dont need it on a samsung product. Better safe then sorry when a tv is that much. Some people pay insurance on their phone monthly for more money.
