As of this date in my life I have been very lucky with all my electronic purchases and not having to use any kind of extended service. I know as some point this is going to run out and if I can have five years of piece of mind I am good with that.

I purchase Geek Squad protection for all of my devices because Best Buy has your back if something goes wrong. They've come through for me on previous experiences and will never leave Best Buy without this coverage!

Geek Squad is a must for products hard to replace for expense reasons. They have always been able to resolve my issues remotely or at BB in a timely manner.

Happy so far especially because not had to use it! But I'm very please to have good value for extended coverage if need down the road.

I encourage anyone who buys a tv to purchase the protection. If anything happens to your tv they will come to your home and fix it. If it can’t be fix they will get you another one.

The greek squad is always very knowledgeable about the product. They come in a timely fashion.
