Haven't had to use it yet for this product, not had been good for others.

I bought this because it was cheap enough if I had to replace it I wouldn't have to pay a lot.

Geek squad personnel were great. I was disappointed that it took a week to get the TV delivered. That doesn’t seem reasonable. Just poor management.

Thankful for the thorough and courteous service provided whenever needed. Geek Squad always backs up it support with answers to questions or service that is necessary.

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad yet for my tv but I did for my laptop. They were very informative and helpful. Will use them again.

While I wouldn't buy this for myself, it was worth it for peace of mind for my elderly in-laws

Although I have not had to use the warranty. Making it a must have when purchasing my electronic equipment. Per the warranty they will repair when needed.
