Haven’t had to use it yet, but hoping when I do need to, I won’t be disappointed.

Hopefully this pays for itself in the end. Always nice to know there is a protection plan.

I bought a Sony TV on sale, purchased the 5 year warranty. TV went dead 15 months. Hoped for equivalent or same TV with a 3+ year unexpired warranty. Got my purchase price back, no extended warranty on unexpired warranty. So, to replace the TV, cost was $100 more, plus a new $60 warranty. On a $350 purchase, probably not a good idea.

It was easy to set up. It is much better than the Sony I had.

I have never been sorry to pay for Geek protection. They have saved me a lot and are very helpful when I have general questions.

My tv is broken and it needto be fixed it had a big line on the screen how can it get it fix

Geek squad has been pretty good with almost all the items I purchased from best buy.

This is a great buy because when your manufacturer warranty is gone you have a second option if they can't fix it you get another one.

Recommend insurance and to make sure you always get it never know what can happen.

I did call geek squad for a warranty on one of my tvs. The fix the problem really quick.

Hopefully this protection i bought I don’t have to use ir . I think i purchased a good quality tv.
